I, Victor, using my wife's Google account to write this review of Jack Byno, Attorney At Law services to Appeal speeding ticket 70 MPH in 45 MPH speed zone in Rural Texas in Hunt County. Picked Jack Byno's team after talking with their representative I felt I got caught in rural speed trap will little to no MPH warnings. I had my doubts on whether this appeal process would work. We allowed the court to fine me initially guilty but immediately appealed and posted the require $377 bond. At every notification from the court I copied Jack's team. Asked if there was anything else I needed to do. Every time I wrote using his contact information an directions they responded the next business day. There were a couple court setting dates that were changed but the last one conflicted with my vacation plans. Jack Byno's team wrote back that I did not need to be present at the new arraignment date and to proceed with my vacation plans. When I return from Vacation I asked for the latest outcome. I was informed after Five months and 15 days the ticket was dismissed and my $377 bond money order was returned by the court un-cashed. Trust and Patience is what one needs when dealing with the Courts. Wholeheartedly recommend Jack Byno and his team. His fee was very reasonable Saving me hundreds possibly more after you consider insurance rate hikes that might have followed. Way to go Jack!!!

I had received a speeding ticket going 90 in a 60 work zone. This being my first ticket, I had no idea where to start, let alone what my options would be. Jack was able to get the severity of my ticket and the fee reduced. I received updates almost immediately through email when I contacted them with questions. Couldn't be happier with their services!

Please don't hire Jack byno. You will pay them for nothing, plus you can't even ask a simple question without pissing them off. TVC pro driver hired jack byno to help me with a ticket. They did nothing for me, instead they asked me to plead guilty and even bigger fines. Worst law firm of all the time. 0 Stars.

Got my major moving violation dismissed to a non moving violation. Good job Jack.thanks

Mr Daly exceeded my expections and accomplished much more than I thought was possible.

Waste of the $75. I learnt the hard way, represent yourself if you are able to visit the court house yourself in person. Dont waste the $75 on the lawyer. You can probably do better negotiations. You can always negotiate the probation period yourself to ensure the ticket does not go onto your records. I dont think they added any value. I paid the full price of the ticket plus the $75. Not Recommended!!!

I just received a letter from this office with a deferred disposition and that i have to pay all the fees by next week. I paid him $425.00

Wish I could give Zero stars! Never use this lousy company. Talking about the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They do not give any updates on your case, I received a call telling me that I have one week to pay $183 after they came to conclusion on my ticket. They knew this back in March? here we are almost in June... How many years does it take to get a law degree? I could probably do better than these jokers using google and going to the courtroom by myself!

I calld TVC to find me a lawyer for a traffic violation going 80 in a 60 they found me Jack Byno he went to court for me and got the case dismissed no fines no court cost no nothing his a very good man he did a great job thank you
