They were rude! I ended up paying more than I had and that's not the worst part. I understand paying court fees and all that but to get a letter telling me that I can'take get a ticket within a certain amount of days from the ticket they handled (this letter was March of last year ) to getting a letter in September of this year saying I violated by not sending in my driving record when I never was informed to do so is crazy! Now I have to go to court for something I was unaware of. Luckily I have all the letters from them. I don't know how much help those will be but I hate that I'll again have to pay more court fees than if I had been notified from jump I could have taken care of it

For a simple speeding ticket, be sure to just read the laws and regulations of the court you are appearing in. generally for texas courts, if you go over 25 above the speed limit, you will most likely be convicted and not eligible for deferred disposition to have the ticket removed from your record. this is a regulation for many courts. if you dont want to deal with the courts and having to go through all of the hoops this is a good service. but for something like a simple speeding ticket, just take some time to look at what your options are.

My experience with this firm has been a very disappointing and horrible experience. They claim they could resolve my ticket and I have done nothing but pay more money and experience continuous back and forth paperwork upon their request. Please do not waste your time with this business. They are only out here to take your money. TAKE HEED TO MY ADVICE spend your time and money on someone who cares to resolve your issues.

Complete waste of time. Paid 75 dollars for a stop sign ticket to be handled ended up having to pay a higher cost for the ticket anyways. Could have paid the fine out right and saved myself time and money. The lousest law firm I have ever hired. Try someone else.

DO NOT use this attorney's office to handle ANY of your traffic violations. It will cost you an arm and a leg. I ended up paying over $700.00 for a speeding ticket! It would have been cheaper for me to just pay the court what I owed to begin with, but I was hoping that this attorney's office would be able to get the fines dropped. The only thing they managed to do after $700.00 is keep the speeding violation off my record. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It's better to just pay the courts upfront what you owe instead of getting robbed by this attorney's office.

They are not about their clients and will not follow through with you on cases that go past due (even if you paid for that case). They do not email, are not very friendly and more expensive that other alternatives. Look at how fake the positive reviews look compared to people who take the time to describe their bad experience with them.

My opinion is that this firm SUCKS. I received a ticket in Justin , TX for third brake light being out. The fine was $202. I got on the internet after researching how the law reads and it states that you are guilty of the offence if you knowingly operate a vehicle that has inoperable equipment. Also states that if fixed by first court date it should be dismissed with a $10 fee to be paid.I replaced the bulb the day after I got the ticket. I didn't have time myself to go to court so I hired this firm. First they had me send pictures that the equipment was fixed which I did The next that I hear is they appealed to Denton County which they said is automatic. The court date came and went for the appeal. I receive an email stating that I now owe a fine of $250 due by the 17th and if needed more time to let them know. They passed on the 90 days probation instead of the fine I requested til the 24th. never heard back. Today I check the court records and I have an arraignment hearing set for the 24th. All they needed to do was show proof to either of the courts. They sent an answer as to what happened when I asked them. All they said was the pictures did not provide proof. You would think an attorney would know that were the case and not request it as proof. Total waste of money here.

Okay, I have read most of the reviews, and i have to agreed. RUDE, RUDE, I spoke to a girl name Summer. She talked to me like I was stupid and she made it clear I did not understand. Its like, I was forcing her to stay on the phone and explain. They should explain how the ticket system works before hiring them. IF YOU ARE GUILTY AND CAN NOT PROVE OTHERWISE, do not hire them, just go head and pay your tickets. The way it seems, they basically only go to court for you.

Do NOT hire this law firm...you will end up paying more than if you just mailed the fine in to the court. Trust me, if you have a ticket, just handle it yourself because if you hire these people...as soon as you give them that payment, you're done! TRUST ME ON THIS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I received a speeding ticket (57/40) in a construction zone with workers present. I was dazed and confused when the motorcycle officer pulled me over, since I had just turned right on red about 25 yards back. In my frustration, I realized trying to fight it would cost more than the original ticket. I contacted Jack Byno's office, was able to speak with a representative who said they would handle it and let me know if there was anything else. About 4 months later I received correspondence from Mr Byno's office stating my case had been dismissed. I'm very grateful for the knowledge and expertise.
