I called today to speak with someone regarding my alleged speeding ticket, and explained to her the situation and she asked “you don’t want to just deal with this yourself?” I called to hire someone to get this dismissed but I will go else where if what I can expect is someone to ask me to do it myself when I’m trying to hire your services. What a joke Update: She was barely even asking for information when she asked me to deal with it myself, I was being generous when I said I explained to her the situation because she wasn’t too interested. So the review is for her lack of effort and wanting to turn me away and get me off the phone as soon as possible. Which as her employer I’m sure you would be interested to know that you lost business because of it. Just to be clear in addressing your response, she was not being honest because she didn’t care enough to ask what happened (considering I’ve found and paid another lawyer to represent me) However i am updating the review to average because it was not you personally who deserves this review but your employee who is representing your firm. Your response indicates I was upset with the information I was given which is not the case, I’m upset about the lack of information and work ethic of your employee.

Met with the owner John who said the case was a slam dunk that we just needed someone like him who knew how to handle it. That was in January. Almost a year later, several different “lawyers” and several unresponded to emails and drop ins, nothing is complete. We will be contacting the bar association for further assistance as well.

Very rude staff. I was put on hold for 15minutes. I hung up & called back & someone answered to help me. Lady I spoke to was rude & unknowledgable.

DO NOT USE THEM , DONOT u will be out more money than the original cost of the tickets, he does nothing good, read his reviews more bad that good. Call David c Debusk off of 121 & haltom Rd he is cheap and handles the job and customer service is super nice.
