Waste of time and money. I had a ticket that was to be dismissed if I just showed the court an updated driver’s license. Byno office charged me $75 to defend it and the court gave me a $95 fine. I could have done better myself for free. I’m pretty sure the proof was not presented. Absolutely no help.

I just got a ticket today and called the office of Jack Byno for their service. I don't think I have had a ticket in over 35 years. I have to give 5 stars, because the person that answered the phone was very polite and it just took a few minutes for the process. But, I wish I had read the reviews before; now I am a bit scared. :/

I was driving policeman in Anna, tx thought he saw I had no seat belt on, after approaching me head on at 70mph? showed him when I was pulled over I had my belt on, reached in my glove box no ins.paper ? Wrote me a ticket, next day faxed proof of ins. To Anna I thought all was OK ! They issued a warrant? Got a phone call from an officer about 10 months later, Hired Mr Byno law firm took 2 years but ticket dismissed all I can say they always answered there phone and always filled me in THANKS JACK BYNO !!!!

To be completely honest with you...I have zero clue why this attorney and the associates are getting 1 star reviews. I had two tickets - I called and spoke to a very friendly representative. It was $75 a ticket to use their services which was awesome. It turns out, if I were to pay my tickets in full, it would have been close to $1,400. 3 months later, I find out I only have to pay $400. So technically...this office saved me $1,000. I really couldn't be happier. All you have to do is FOLLOW THEIR DIRECTIONS that they send via e-mail. I feel like most people are mad because they didn't follow their directions and deadlines. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks Jack! PS - I was not paid to write this review. I'm just pumped I saved $1k.

Horrible experience. I hired them to try and resolve my judgement against me, they took 4 months and get nothing done. The only call I received from them during the process was a call to make a payment. There was a time were I could not get ahold someone in the office for 1 week and half. I had to constantly kept calling for updates, until I got tired and terminated my service with them. Im handling the situation myself now. Not recommend it!

Tried calling and that turned me away really fast thank you for showing colors upfront. Very unprofessional and rude... Sorry your response was not regarding my issue I didn’t have time to get my information to the rude lady that answered the phone. She never got my name and yes her tone and attitude was very rude. I’m not sure writes the response but you may need to get correct information before responding. But good for this review others can see you don’t take care of traffic tickets. Thank You

Paul Daly is an amazing attourney. I came to him after leaving my first attourney who did nothing for 5 months. Paul was organized, patient, as I suffer from hearing loss, and he explained legal process to me. He got me divorced quickly & helped me through a most difficult time for my family. I would highly recommend him to everyone. His office staff are amazing as well and were always there to offer me support and answer my questions.

The lady that answered the phone was very polite. I stated my issue and she seemed to pay attention - But at last I was wrong. This lawyer did the typical thing went to the court clerk with a stack of issues and said lets settle - we will both make money and not have to do a thing. So I politely responded to the email they sent me with my verdict (which I could have done myself) and it took them almost a week to reply which now causes me to have to go to the court and pay. TYPICAL lawyer firm. Like his name shows just say "No"

Mr. Daly, was very professional and very diligent in getting the problem solved. He made me aware of everything that was happening, possible problems that could arise, and my options for handling the pros and cons. I have several court dates and he was always on time and patient. He even made sure he called the day before to do a short interview on how to answer possible questions the judge could ask. In the end, the court ruled in my favor.
