Approximately one year ago I was facing foreclosure through a reverse mortgage company, this entire staff associate with this law firm worked my case for approximately a year to help me safe my home from being foreclosed. I will be forever grateful for the extra time they put in to assist me through out the entirety of this case. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is facing similar issues they really are like family everyone played a vital role with me winning my case. The open communication, the phone calls to keep me updated on every step of the process was comfirmation to me that I had choosen the right legal team. Thank you all so much for a job well done.

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the procedures of how everything is supposed to be. I appreciated his time and responses and respect that he kept me informed about my situation. Would definitely recommended. Got my case dismissed from court and very workable with any budget. 💞💞💞💞

I’m so surprised to see your rating to be average! You guys ROCK! I drive 60k miles a year and traveling thru these little towns and knowing where the speed limit goes from 65mph to 35mph is sometimes impossible. I average 2 tickets a year since 2012. Jack Byno has handled every single one. He’s been able to get them dismissed ( like my last one) or probation ! NOT ONE TICKET HAS HIT MY DRIVING RECORD! I love this place!! I will be calling them on a ticket that is or about to go to warrant out of wise county! Keep up the good work jack and ur wonderful staff!!!

"All work and no play makes jack a dull boy" I'd say that makes him sharp but boy he cannot cut it. I purchased his services and after asking for my ID I was informed they scheduled a court date and would go in my stead shortly informing me afterwards. So the court date comes up, happens, then passes. I hear nothing. I get no answers. Well accept 2 week's after a notice from the court. Fortunately before a traffic warrant was sent out. So I do some research, turns out Jack Byno was representing me in a boonies town 1.5 hours from his office posted here. The offices of Jack Byno would claim to represent Armstrong on the moon if that buggy went a mile over in a residential crater. Save your money and find a small town lawyer near you and support someone who's office actually exists in the county you get the ticket. Gooday and fairwell.

If I could give Jack a zero I most definitely would. I have a legal plan through my employer because I have a CDL. I had a court date for back in February of 2019 which by the way Jack didn’t come to but had some other attorney show up to. I called my legal plan and voiced my concern and asked what was the chance of getting a new BETTER lawyer one that actually came to the court dates and of course was told that it was to late into the court stuff and to just try to stick it out with him(awful decision). I’m going to add that the communication between his firm, my legal plan, and myself was TERRIBLE! So I recently moved from Dallas to Atlanta and asked the young lady I spoke with on the phone to give me a fair enough notice when my next court date would be so I could make arrangements(because they told me 1 week before my February court) because that cost money for traveling and also time and I need some type of notice I mean I did just move 800 miles away so I’m still getting my finances back together. I found out May 1st late in the evening that I had court June 5th. I had just switched jobs and luckily they were totally understanding. Fast fordward to June 5th. I make my little happy way to Dallas FROM Atlanta, Ga 11hr 45min Drive by the way, made it there after work on the 4th at 1am which at this point is the 5th and drove back home after court on the 5th because bills don’t stop so them checks can’t either haha. Anyways I get to the court at 8:15 sharp because I hate being late. I look around and am trying to figure out which attorney is mine because mind you I have NEVER meet Jack By(No) before. I look at the clock which at this point is between 09:00-09:15 and guess who finally comes strolling through the door as if court WAS NOT AT 08:30!!! JACK BY(NO). Who’s giving me all this information that I have no idea what he’s talking about because I’ve never been in trouble. The officer claimed I was going 80/60 which anyone that knows me knows I’m normally creeping because gas be to gosh dang high lol. Anyways he tells me after I told him I wanted to plead not guilty and try to get the ticket dismissed or reduced, plead no contest really wasn’t sure what this meant but he made it sound sweet so I figured why not right I mean what else could happen! I get up there and basically embarrassed myself because the judge didn’t reduce my ticket and STILL found me guilty of 80/60 and I was STILL stuck with paying an expensive fine. So basically I spent $245 traveling to Dallas when I could’ve just stayed home in Atlanta and saved myself $245 and just plead guilty myself. I contacted the legal plan and of course they were shocked to find out he told me to plead no contest. He DID NOT EVEN TRY!!!! I wouldn’t recommend him or his “awful services” to my worse enemy!! Jack you did a terrible job and I’m disappointed that you didn’t even try! You SUCK. 😔 SN: Talked to another attorney to see what can be done to fixed his poor mistake and lack of help. Wish me luck you guys. Hope this review helps someone to NOT make the same mistake, especially if you have a CDL because he’s not even going to try! And if you have a legal plan like myself SWITCH LAWYERS ASAP!!! Good luck. 🍀👍🏾

I agree no response and several lawyers and nothing get done but when payment was due they would wear you out and be nasty about it. All I asked was a call to answer some questions and sent several emails, even to the owner and nothing. Very disappointed and would never refer anyone to this law firm. Like most just want your money . I own my business and would never not respond or treat someone this way. Thanks team way to go. One day it will come back to you. Please take my advice and always respond to your customers.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had several unpaid traffic tickets holding my license from being renewed. I hired an attorney in Houston and he had them all fixed within 1 month- for great prices and I received NO convictions. I had a ticket in Ferris and he for some reason referred me to Jack Byno- they never explained any of the process to me and then two days after my supposed court date they tell me to send them a money order for the full ticket amoint. Why would I have paid them $150 to receive the same outcome. I could have just called and paid the ticket to the court months ago and renewed my license. Read the other reviews when you search his name. I made a huge mistake and didn’t not review before I paid him! Helped with nothing- terrible !
