Horrible law firm, doesn’t do anything but take your money, never call you back

Horrible. Never returned my phone calls and then lied about reaching out. Terrible people. Really screwed me over. Took my money and never did anything. I will be filling with the BBB if they are a member. Don’t waste your time or money with this law firm.

I obtained their services to handle a ticket when I already had a court date set but they return call today 5/3/19 saying it’s a Capias warrant because they tried resting the court date over a week late resulting it to turning into a capias warrant. If it was a capias warrant I would not have been able to set a court date to begin with. Now leaving me in a worse position then I would have been if I took off work to attend my court date 4/24/19... and now they are saying they are only refunding half the money... when I first called jack Byno they had told me it was not a capias warrant and they could handle it for sure.. . My opinion don’t not take their word for anything they say, they just want your to lock-in your business and credit card so they can charge you and collect immediately .. from my experience take your business elsewhere and find a better attorney... and I might add the staff is not understanding or kind of a mistake they caused . My rate on this lawfirm is a -5 star review

Used them last year for a ticket. They resolved my case quickly and efficiently. I recently had to use their services again, and I know I will be in good hands. Their staff is attentive and willing to answer questions as necessary. My emails and calls were always returned in a timely manner.

I've used this law firm before but recently, got into a jam so I went with them again. I never had a bad experience even the time I took the MO to the office and the lady (probably the one you sensitive Sallies keep crying about) told me that the letter clearly stated when to send payment. I didn't get butt hurt. I just made sure I did everything right. I sent my valid dl with proof of ins and like magic, it disappeared. Why would you leave a low rating when you haven't even used his services? If you can't follow simple instructions then give yourself a star for being such a dummy!

I called J Gannon Helstowski back in November of 2018. I spoke with Chris Ebert about an issue I was having with Citibank. He told me I was the 5th person that week to call regarding Citibank and they would be able to help me. The communication has not been great, but Chris did reach out to me to help make sure everything gets resolved. Update: after my initial one star review Chris became very responsive and was ready to go after Citibank and get this issue resolved. I’ve reached out to him numerous times since then and have received zero communication. If you’re going to use this law firm you’re going to have to give them a 1 star review to get a response from them. Don’t waste your time.

I received a ticket for unpaid tolls when I had a tolltag. I was provided clear and concise instructions when I called to inquire and hire. The matter itself was addressed and settled in a timely manner, and I received communication updating me. Should I be faced with a future ticket, I would hire Jack Byno Associates again!

When I first got in contact with the Helstowski law firm, I had low expectations for what could be done with my colllections. My case from start to finish only took a few weeks and my situation was completely taken care of. Getting regular updates and not having to deal with this on my own made this a very easy decision for me to leave 5 stars.
