My daughter received a speeding ticket on her way home from college in a small town outside of Dallas in December 2014. My daughter tried to resolve the issue herself with the City by contacting the court and asking for deferred adjudication. My daughter was told that because she was doing 23MPH over the speed limit as opposed to 20 MPH, they would not give her deferred and wanted her to either pay the fine or show up for court. Since we live in Houston, going to court in the Dallas area at 9:00 in the morning was not a favored option, so we started looking for attorneys instead. I found Jack Byno through Google and contacted them. They asked for $75 up front for costs and asked my daughter to sign a Power of Attorney for him to represent her in court. As a paranoid mom, I would check in at least once a month because we had not heard anything and when I would call to inquire, the staff was always courteous and patient. At this point, all I wanted was for the court to accept payment of the fine without the ticket going on her record. (Tickets for teenage drivers hurts insurance costs a lot). The staff said they would do their best, but because she was 18, that many times a judge would require a defensive driving class in addition to whatever else would be decided. At no time, did the staff ever make any promises about the outcome. Imagine our jubilance when last week, my daughter received a letter in the mail from Jack Byno that her case had been DISMISSED and no further action on her part was required. Thank you Jack Byno and staff. We were very happy with your services.

My experience with Jack Byno was pretty good. I received a letter in the mail just a few days ago that my ticket, his office worked on, had been dismissed. I payed the fee to Jack back in Feb 2014 and I really didn't hear much from this group. However, my ticket is over and done with. Thanks Jack Byno and team for all your help!!

Mr. Daly was the lead attorney on my daughter's custody case. Our case was very involved and unusual. Paul took the time to research every angle to give us the best possible advice. He put himself fully into our case, and was diligent in pursuing the outcome we were hoping for. He was available to answer any question we had no matter how big or small. During our trial, he was very prepared and walked us through each step. It was wonderful to have him standing with us on the final adoption day because he was truly the driving force in getting us there.

I have used Jack Byno since I was 16 for all my traffic violatiosn. Miss Nicole has always been professional and honest with me regarding my chances of dismissal. She never promises something that she can not deliver on and does her best to help me. I don't understand people who write reviews stating that promises were made. In 15 years no promise of an outcome has ever been made to me by Miss Nicole, or any other staff member. I think those people are just not listening to the honest women who work for Mr. Byno.

Paul was an advocate for my case and myself right from the start. He was very clear and direct with what options were available to me and what options were not. I hired Jack Byno a few of months ago for my Hickory Creek tickets. I had four violations on the ticket a speeding, inspection, fail to signal, and obscured license plate. When I called I spoke with Sheryl and she explained to me that in Hickory Creek they appeal up to the Denton County court. A month went by and they sent me something to sign to send it to the higher court. Three more months went by and Sheryl called me to tell me they had a court date on 2-24-14 and I didn't have to go. I received a letter a couple days after the court date and they had gotten 2 out of the 4 violations dismissed and the speeding violation will be off of my driving record!! I am so glad I did not have to go to court. Thanks again!!

I would tell all my friends to hire Jack Byno and Assoc. I hired him for a Hurst ticket that I got a speeding in a construction zone. He was able to keep it off my record with 90 day def. and this is after the court told me I was not eligible. Thanks Jack and to his staff especially Michelle she was super helpful.
