READ BEFORE YOU HIRE!!!! To the readers of this review. In Jack Bynos 30 year history of representing clients he has been reviewed well below his peers. To save you some time and money hire a different attorney. Review Updated with reply to respons Do Your Research On This Attorney. A Google search will tell you how poorly they are reviewed. Do not use this attorney. They sent me the wrong "template" and when I found out what happened I was in an even bigger problem then the ticket. They then act like it was explained when it wasn't. When I I contracted with them the person I spoke to told me one thing and then they no longer work there so things changed. I will never use them again for a ticket. It was a complete waste of money to hire them. Read the other 1 star reviews and it will tell you the truth. Look up there reviews on other websites and you see how poorly this firm is reviewed by not only clients but other attorneys. He touts being a former judge but he resigned due to the scrutiny of a report of misconduct against him. Ultimately it was found to be false but he was per a report a controversial judge due to his sentencing practices for traffic violations. Updated: Mr. Byno you have released information about this that first isn't completely true and that is protected by attorney client privilege. It doesn't surprise me though based off of the lies your saying in your statement. You had someone else working for your firm who told something different when I signed up. Mr Byno while you enjoy insulting people I think I will be posting your resignation from being a judge. I have not made a bad review for every attorney I have dealt with. Actually i recently left a 5 star review for a firm that you can look them up and see there areas of practice and it has nothing to do with anything criminally. They actually know how to handle a person's legal needs unlike you sir. The other firms you speak of were when I needed attorneys sir for my wife and kids immigration cases since you want to insinuate that I'm a criminal. I've never in my life been charged with a felony or violent crime but you have had allegations made against you and then you resigned immediately after. You also were scrutinized for the way you handled simple traffic violations in your court giving harsh penalties for minor traffic violations. You are rated poorly on Avvo which is a reputable site that rates attorneys. Every website that has ratings for attorneys on that are reputable you are rated below your peers. Instead of trying to be petty maybe you should take the time sir to look into how you handle your practice. Now since you've wanted to put this reply sir and attempt to disparage me by insinuating things that have nothing to do with why you were hired I will be looking at all remedies afforded to me Mr. Byno. Again if you would like I can forward those documents for those firms that were hired sir and then you can call me to discuss what you've replied with. I find it funny Mr.Byno that when someone gives you a bad review it is your character to deflect from what is being said about you and attempt to make it look like you've done your job when in fact you've failed your clients and lied. To not inform a client properly is a violation of the Texas state bar which I will be making a complaint to at this time.

Incredibly disappointing transaction with the J Gannon Helstowski Law Firm. Really poor communication with all parties to include paralegals/support staff and the attorney himself. We were quoted a high flat fee due to the request being "last minute" after unanswered calls and emails 14 days prior to the court appearance. After the hearing paperwork was not filed with the court since they Attorney went on vacation leading to more unnecessary delays and need to reverse a dismissal, which would allow the client rightful possession of the property. I am always reluctant to add a negative review, but I felt like it is warranted in this case.

The Heltowski law firm has been so helpful and has always taken the time to pick up my phone calls to answer my questions or get right back to me asap. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable in a wide variety of subjects and how the law works with each one. I have never approached the team with a problem they could not solve and that’s because I live out of town so all of our interactions have been via email/phone call or text. Just an amazing team that wants to educate and help the public.

I have used Jack Byno and associates a few times and every time they have gotten me the absolute best outcome! I've used them for a speeding ticket and a failure to pay tolls (actually not my fault). They saved me so much time and money. Got my failure to pay tolls completely dismissed and speeding tickets off my record. Definitely recommend! The bad reviews seem to be left by people who don't know a lot about how all this works, I wouldn't give them too much credence.

WOW! Bad reviews are from people who really lack accountability. Some people don't understand that attorneys can get your ticket dismissed and lower your ticket cost its actually a way better ROI(return on investment). My ticket would've been $563 and I only have to pay $209 that's literally $354 I saved. Oh and let's not forget warrant and past due fees, AND higher insurance I avoided. If you cannot see the benefits of using attorney services. Then you are a silly little human being. The Jack Byno team is extremely quick to respond and will be my go to if I get in trouble again.
