Paid $150 for them to represent me and still had to pay $300 on my ticket. I am goin to have to reset this court date and fight it myself. So I am not misleading anyone. I was waiting on the response as to why they would not accept my insurance and all i got was a request for my DL. It was not until the case was closed that they responded as to why. The courts said my insurance was invalid b/c of the time stamp but geico made an error online and billed me twice once in the morning and once in the afternoon. The whole purpose of hiring an attorney was to communicate this to the judge, but I never had a chance.

JOKE. Didn’t do anything but tell me lies. Asked me to send 500 dollar money to pay off ticket, asked several times for actual court documents and wouldn’t give them to me. Ended up paying court directly…..a 250 fine instead of the 500 on top of the money I paid in advance. STAY AWAY.

Jack Byno took care of about 8 cases that were keeping me from getting my license. Within days he had already started and taken care of some 2 weeks later he had the final one dismissed . This man is good and will use him and suggest to whom ever may need him . Thanks Jack

Had I read the reviews first before going to them, I would've stayed away. I paid $100 (although the website said $75) to end up paying for a $250 ticket. The ticket would've originally been $307. But now I'm coming out an extra $43. They said it was a deal that after 90 days, it won't be on my record if I don't receive any tickets within that time. But, I have gotten a ticket before, and I know that is already something in Texas that they offer without a "lawyer" making a "deal" for you. It's cheaper to handle it yourself. Also, it seems that they will fight the people they call themselves representing in the comments harder than they will fight for you in a case. And at least converting the old vegetable oil into gas would actually do its job.

They responded promptly whenever I reached out for an update on my case. They accomplished more than I was expecting by getting my debt cancelled. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone with a false collection.

Chris and his team were incredible and helped me negotiate a reasonable rate to pay back a debt that had been plaguing me for years. They maintained contact and gave us multiple options to make our decision. As a veteran, I cannot thank him enough for helping us out for an extremely cheap price.

Very professional. Not sure what peoples issue is with them. Sounds more like user error or entitlement. They took care of my ticket quickly and were very responsive and detailed on any next steps needed. Will definitely use again, but I hope I don't have to! Thank you for your help.

The lady who answers the phone is a complete jack wagon.. she acts like she is the law.. they provide no real value for traffic tickets, you could go to court and plead no contest yourself and ask for a conditional dismissal.. they should hire someone else to answer the phone shes not very convincing lol
