Horrible Attorney. Especially if you have anything CDL related. I called his office today and was surprised when his assistant would require $150 for a consultation. I was hesitant, but decided to give a chance when I was assured that he was an 'expert'. After paying the $150, I explained my very basic question. His answer- "I DON'T KNOW.." Do you want this attorney in front of a judge? Stating "I don't know"?

Jack and his team are the best , they helped me retain my CDL while I was out of the country ,there communication and commitment is on the top I will always recommend them.

Got a bogus parking ticket in Grapevine during Christmas, second year in a row my rig was "Illegally parked" In D/FW metro someplace it's legal to be any other time of the year.., Anyway Attorney got it dismissed without prejudice, free and clear. Good job saving me from additional lost revenue from an unscrupulous municipal shake down.

Got a dismissal on Overweight 34k ticket. Was satisfied with result.

Best lawyers, officer gave me a ticket for unsafe lane change ticket because of a witness lied, he told the officer that I cut off the vehicle that rear-ended my pick up truck and the officer didn't investigate. I have cdl clean records that ticket could mess up my record. Jack Byno, Attorney at law and associates dismissed the ticket without me showing up to court. Thanks

I had a scheduled call with Mr Helstowski and he never called. I tired calling him but their phone system would not allow it. In short, I waited around for nothing - they wasted my time.
