Stay away from the place no communication. They went to court without talking to me first and put me in a worse situation STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Left a review few years back but I guess I was too aggressive because they got Google to remove it lol. Anyway listen to the bad reviews. I was a first time offender back then for a speeding ticket and rolling a stop sign. These guys can't do jack (pun intended) against small simple traffic tickets besides show up to court for you on your behalf. If thats worth $150 then go for it. But if it's a simple traffic violation such as mine it's better just to pocket the $150 show up yourself. You can keep it off your record on your own just by talking to the judge and going through the good old "take a safety course and have it done by this date" etc etc. Don't expect them to be able to lower the cost of the violation or anything like that. Obviously I don't know what they can do for other violations. All I know is the only thing they can do for simple traffic violations is extend the court date and show up for you.

They got a lot of stuff fixed for me. They really helped me clean up my credit. If u I’ve collections debt this is who I should go too! He also told me other thing I can do to increase my score

Estamos contentos con el servicio que nos dieron desde el día uno hasta el final en el caso de mi esposo , muy buena comunicación y muy útil que tengan personal bilingüe ya que en estos casos de leyes que mejor que entender todo al 100% , así que totalmente recomendado .

Definitely use Jack to resolve your traffic ticket.

I just call to to assistance dealing with a Dallas county ticket. And the lady that answered the phone. Point blank told me that (she can’t help me ). Bad business. Definitely a signal of an incompetent service in my opinion. Wish I could give 0 stars.
