Wife got a speeding ticket and totally forgot about it until a later date. Got ahold of Jack Byno and they took amazing care of us, and got the ticket dismissed completely! Highly highly recommend! Thanks again!

I have used jack byno services more than once on traffic tickets , I wouldn’t hire anyone else to defend my case in court, these guys are the best , I’m a class A CDL driver and if they can get my tickets dismissed , they can get yours too

Awesome, I knew what I wanted going into the case, I felt the officer lied to me and I told Raj my attorney and was willing to back it up with my testimony, and a witness that the cop lied about his evidence. We pushed the prosecution from Day 1 and didn't sit back waiting for them to strategize their case, asked for Video discovery. Turned out DISMISSED ! INSUFFICIENT Evidence ! Speeding 113 in a 65. Started out 123 mph in a 65 they kept going down in numbers every time we asked them Lol. I own a Laser Detector and it never went off and I used that as part of my evidence, also I stopped by the Police station and asked them to Laser me to see if it still worked and all my detection equipment was working that's how I knew the officer was lying. And the fact that he was not along side the road. He was back in the bushes on the service road, I've never seen this technique used for Laser LOL). Recommend Jacky Byno !!!!

I called byno a month ago 3,000 in tickets from 2009 in a month all dismissed saved me 2200 bucks can't go wrong

Just now learning 10+ years later that he did not take care of my ticket like I paid him to do. I got a call from City of Argyle confirming his lack of effort to follow through resulted in a warrant issued for a speeding ticket. Would love an explanation but I doubt I'll get one judging by the rude unprofessional comments to other bad reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND MAKE SURE HE IS DOING WHAT HE SAYS HE IS SO YOU DONT HAVE A SUPRISE WARRANT LATER!!!

I followed his advice and the case was dismissed. Great attorney!

Latest and Last review on 2/10/2023 It has all turned our quite favorable for me. Jack Byno & Associates was able to help me get my penalty down to a very reasonable amount with a 90 day probation. This would keep my driving records clean. In addition, they were able to get the second case dismissed. I’d consider this a really good result for me. So I’d like to thank Jack Byno and his office. I’m leaving a 4 star because of the anxiety they had caused me during the Christmas break (see below reviews). But overall a positive feedback and will recommend those in need to hire them without hesitation. ————————————————————— Jack Byno took my case to represent me for my speeding violation traffic citation and a citation for failure to comply with the seat belt law for a minor. When I hired them they clearly told me that I will not need to appear during my scheduled court date of mid December. Weirdly one day after my designated court appearance date of mid Dec, I got a delinquent notice from the court saying I have not responded to the citation and have failed to appear in the court and a warrant will be issued in my name. Jack Byno was supposed to respond to my case. Completely unreliable office. I don’t trust them anymore and will do whatever I can to make sure at least the people who I know don’t end up hiring this office. In addition, I will report this misrepresentation to the municipal court as well and see how I can be helped. ————-——————————————- 12/26: Wanted to make sure I maintain continuity on this thread. Since it is unfair to review a business without the full story. Response from Jack Byno (this is not a classified information and hence I am deciding to paste the information here) You hires us only a few days before that letter was sent out and the court had not processed our letter of representation by then. As we received a court notice AFTER that letter was sent out they now have us listed as the attorney of record and gave us a court date for January that you do NOT have to appear at as we discussed above. Attached is that letter again. If you would like to call the court and confirm for yourself you may do so but otherwise please disregard that letter. My response (I chose not to respond to this email): I hired Jack Byno the day after I received the citation which was one month from the first court appearance date. So I DO NOT agree with their statement “ You hires us only a few days before that letter was sent out”. My opinion: They got delayed with the response and are trying to cover themselves up with incorrect comment on timelines.

I hired Jack and his associates to help me fight a wrongful speeding ticket in Midlothian, TX and after all of their hard work over 13 months it finally paid off in my favor. They are fast and the staff is professional. If you are expecting to get your ticket dismissed and not pay anything to the court then you probably don't want to hire a lawyer. Plus you still have to be ticket free for 90 days in the city that cited you, even if you got a ticket that was falsified or not accurate. if you want to prove that the cops pulled you over for no reason then its $500 to prove your innocent or you can show up to court yourself and try to explain to the judge which are prob. golfing buddies with the citing officer so good luck. No one has time to go to court, Basically its cheaper to go to court your self and get it dismissed or you can pay Jack Byno to do it for you. It all depends on how valuable time is to you.

I retained Jack and his office back around April or May to handle my red light ticket after my traffic accident. They were upfront and crystal clear on the process and my options. I sought a deferral on my ticket in Bedford. Jack and his team let me know when the court date was and said I didn't have to appear since Bedford did not require me to. A day after the set court date, Jack sent my deferral paperwork over and told me what the Judge set my fee at along with my probation period. Very satisfied and would recommend Jack Byno and his office to my friends. Made the process smooth and stress-free for me after a very stressful event. More willing to answer questions I had about it all than other attorneys I called before deciding to retain him.

I received a speeding ticket. I didn't want this to appear on my driving record. I searched for an attorney familiar with Collin County. The moment I contacted Jack Byno office. I was pleased. Staff was professional and courtesy. He explained everything in detailed. Afterwards he emailed the information in writing. I was pleased with the plea offer. I paid my fee and complied. Today, I received an email my traffic citation was dismissed. Tgey didn't make any promises bit, they advocated on my behalf. I highly recommend this law firm.
