Jack Byno law firm is the best ! Very attentive nice professional I live in Washington this firm was able to take care of multiple tickets like 10 not sure how many exact they were super fast didn’t have to show up very fast to respond on any questions and concerns I’m amazed and so grateful I highly recommend this attorney thank you!

If you have a CDL and get a ticket in DFW this is the guy. It's not always 100% but it's the best odds you are going to get.

We hired this attorney office for my husbands no license and no proof of insurance tickets back in September in Carrollton. Everything went smoothly towards the end of the year. However when he received a probationary period we did not get further details that he had to show up to the municipal court to show his valid license and proof of insurance (THATS INCLUDING A LETTER FROM AN AGENT SHOWING PROOF) . So this year comes around and apparently he failed his probationary period because he failed to appear to show these documents to the court and now has another court date to get this sorted out. Our issue is that no one communicated with us LAST YEAR that the insurance card was NOT VALID PROOF FOR THE COURT but the attorney was still able to show up to the court date and show all these documents, make it make sense. Time jump to these past few weeks. We now have a court date next friday for all these nonsense however we decided do this ourselves since this attorney office basically did nothing for us but take our money. I spoke with an assistant here asking about the insurance proof letter because the municipal court told us they never received it from the attorney expect for the license. She was confused as me as to why we never received a notice from the court that the insurance card was invalid proof. So beware of hiring this attorney office for tickets dismissal as to there is LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND DIFFICULT TO RECEIVE SOLID ANSWERS FROM THEM DIRECTLY. You’re even better of doing it the ticket dismissal yourself.

Today I went to the court to talk to, and let them know, that I am being blamed for missing a court date. and they told me you had nothing more than a court date, and that is not a trial date! They said proper trial never ever happened, no trial date ever set for you, first goes court date! Then trial date, and trial never happened, but is supposed to, for proper process. The court says: at this point we are not concerned with you missing a court date, it is why you hired an attorney. He is supposed to be present for court date, and he was, we did not need you at court date, and WERE NOT seeking your presence, this was not a trial yet! If you had a trial and missed it, then we would have questions as to where are you. Your attorney did not request any trial date whatsoever, he never did, instead he signed you guilty, right up on court date, and made himself free. We do not have a trial date on record, none. Who told you, you had obligation to be present on court date? I said: the attorney... We do not require! Trial date yes! but not the court date! Why did you hire an attorney then??? He is the one to be on court date, not you, don't let anyone be telling you this! You were signed guilty by your attorney without even getting through the stage, and getting there to setting a trial to happen! This is the interaction with Royse city court, not good, and big questions! this is really getting sketchy! This is update with what court told me! The question is, how am I being made guilty, without full due process, and trial? Was my attorney even, from the very beginning intending to protect and defend me the way he is in fact supposed to? You can't go into convicting for guilty, anyone who sees them self innocent, without a trial taking place! Only then! And here we never had it progress to that stage, and it is a must! You can't convict, and waive a right to trial and hearing, for your defendant because he is not at the court date! Court said not required! if anyone said required to be on court date, then it is not a proper process, you do not pass court date for a trial, that is never proper judicial process, And the attorney, signed me guilty, waived my right to trial and hearing, without ever telling me a thing! This was no trial. Just a court date, I never gave up. and I never gave up a right for trial and hearing, and attorney did not inform me, did not ask me, and like a cattle signed me waving my right to trial and taking defeat. Based on what? On me not being present for the court date about which the court said I am not required to be present at, at all? What was all this? Is this lynching? or Justice??? In the end, you have arrived at the court early, I know you do! You don't see me, you all have my cellphone number, was it so hard to text me a single text saying where are you, I am in the court and you aren't. I live mere 5.5 miles from the court, not hard to figure, your office knew my address for months. How long do you think it would have taken me to be there??? if so much concerned about me present, was it so hard to text a single text? Instead you have conveniently signed me guilty, signed for me waiving right to trial and hearing like you were not just a representative, but my very self! without ever asking me a thing, before signing. you don't ever sign anything, unless I approve it! You can not "impersonate" me at 100% no matter what. Solely what the court informed me today. I will still take this review away, if I am successful trying through another attorney. I harbor no evil in heart, I am crashed and desperate at this point. My two legs are barely holding me, they are cut, drilled, and what not. It is the reason why I am driving. It only tells even louder, I never had an intention to miss a court of any, I simply was mislead in email communications from the mediator. I did not do the offenses. Driving is the only means I can earn with, all the more it confirms I didn't do the offenses. I am desperate, sad, crashed, God knows it, but not evil
