I had a case of posession of marijuana in Montgomery county jail for less than 2 ounces I was dropped a felony to a misdemeanor and served 1 year probation. He was even there for me when I was revoked my probation in 2009 and although this review was due a long time ago. It's always better late than ever to tell everyone that Gilbert Garcia is a great lawyer and is very well known. He will fight for you!

Mr Garcia and his staff were so friendly and helpful from the start. Case was dismissed and my innocence was proven. Hes an amazing lawyer who took care of everything and was also nice enough to work on me with payments. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

Attorney Gilbert Garcia consulted me as a walk-in with about a day notice for jury trial case. Fortunately he was available and ready with only a moments notice. His price was fair and reasonable, extremely less than other attorneys that I knew in the area. He got my case/charge dismissed. Gilbert you were God sent and truly a blessing. Gilbert and his team represented me in a DWI case. There were issues in the various aspects of the event and the charge did not match the reality but nor was it entirely untrue either (a case of not all things being black and white unfortunately...the grey areas seem to be where we often find ourselves). However, sometimes there is little to be done but put the best foot forward. Towards these ends Gilbert did a fine job telling me what I needed to know and not just what I wanted to know. This makes all the difference and helped me approach the entire process with a sense of control and understanding. In the end the final result was quite positive and a fair administration of our laws so not only did he well represent me, but a trial was avoided and life can now go on. Throughout it all his team was very accommodating and I always always was able to contact somebody with questions and/or get immediate feedback. They take very seriously the service aspect of their role as well as the representation of your case. I cannot here say that the results will always go your way but I suspect whatever your situation is, it is likely Gilbert can get you the best results that are possible. Put all your cards on the table though, let him know what he is working with. You'll thank him in the end.

My traffic violation case was overwhelmingly against me and Mr. Garcia negotiated terms that were far better than I could have hoped for. He was unafraid of taking my case to trial (if necessary), straight-forward and to the point. When he and/or his staff required documents and information, I got them quickly for them to use. If I ever need legal help again and Mr. Garcia specializes in it, I will look to hire him immediately. I am thankful to God that Mr. Garcia took my case and for the good outcome.

Mr. Garcia agreed to try to clean separate felony and misdemeanor charges off our son's record at a discounted price for the two. He further explained the errors made by others in filing and reviewing the charges, and was realistic in his assessment of our chances for the judges to agree to the motion for non-disclosure. I believe it was his knowledge and professionalism that the motion for the felony non-disclosure was granted last year. He advised we wait until this year for the second charge, and I just received an email from his legal assistant. Mr. Garcia had filed a motion for nondisclosure, the DA agreed, the judge signed it, and it was attached to the email! My son didn't even need to appear in court. Mr. Garcia is also very personable, and I highly recommend him.

Where do I begin with recommending Mr. Gilbert as your attorney...he represented my 17 year old son in a case where it was dismissed from the courts. He genuinely cared about our situation and my sons well being/future, and gave us excellent direction on how to handle the case. We followed his advice and every suggestion on what my son should do in the interim while waiting on our court date which was what I believe to be the reason why Mr. Gilbert was able to do his job and help my son. He is very educated about the Montgomery Court system and well networked within as well. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Garcia did exactly what he said he would do. He and his team were great to work with. Although he can't promise a perfect outcome he genuinely does the best he can. He returns calls and his staff answers the phone. They remebered me every time I called so I did not feel like I was one of a million, it was far more individual then that.
