Very professional didn't beat around the bush was honest and straight forward a excellent staff that was also professional you never felt out of the loop you always knew what the next step was and what to expect,you could always call and get a understanding. I would highly recommend him and his staff..I was afraid because it was such a small town, I was told he was the Best In Town They were right .....

Mr. García is invaluable in achieving the best outcome for your case. Not only is he knowledgeable and focused, he also has associates who provide the same level of service to assist him. His staff is professional, prompt, and "human" in dealing with you directly. They are all exceptional and a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, Ms. Fran was impressive and very helpful, justifying the money I was spending. Court waiting times were minimal, communication was clear, informative and prompt! This legal team was worth the money spent. I was charged in late August and Mr. Garcia's team achieved two dismissals by March wth no problem because he knows his stuff!

To the point, knowledgeable, patient and worth the fees. They got one charge dismmissed and the other ended in probation. "Best defense attorney in Montgomery County" Gilbert fit me in for a consult the same day I got out of jail. He reviewed my papers, and got out his law book and showed/explained in detail what I was dealing with. Then he asked me what happened. He did not judge, he simply asked clarifying questions. He told me exactly what to do and when to do it. Before every court date he met with me prior and we discussed what could happen. I never was un-informed. I felt he personally cared about the outcome of my case. On the last day, we spent 5 hours in court and I could tell he was negotiating and working the DA. Mr. Garcia requested a case dismissal because it was nine years old. Law enforcement did not contact me during those nine years to inform me of the accusation. The judge granted a dismissal because I did not get a trial within a reasonable length of time as prescribed by law.
