I can not express how happy I used Douglas Atkinson as my attorney to handle my case in Montgomery County. He saw the human not another criminal. The gratitude for the whole office. I had my case dismissed at my 2nd court date, just like he indicated the first visit with him. He pushed the DA to take a look at my medical history and to drop charges against me. Best Lawyer if you ask me. Doug and his associates really cares about their clients. I had 2 felony cases in which both were dismissed. Every time I showed up to court and Doug walks through the court doors you can feel his aggressiveness yet respected aura amongst the court personnel. His tactics knowledge in cases are amazing.
