The building inside is nice is all I am going to say.

I have used Brad Atkinson twice. These were both for Probate matters. Each time he was honest and straightforward. His knowledge and professionalism are excellent. On another occasion when I was attempting to use his firm after a while it became obvious that a Real Estate Lawyer would be needed. Brad refunded All of my money and recommended someone that was able to help. Even after he had put in hours worth of work. I have two friends that have used his services for divorces and they were both thankful they did. There are other lawyers out there, some good and some not so good, but if the Atkinson Firm is not the first call you make then you are wasting your time. Extremely Highly Recommended.

Doug and his staff are exceptional people and if you need an excellent attorney no need to look any further. From the beginning to the end I can honestly say that I was represented by the best DUI attorney in Montgomery County. It wasn’t about money to Doug and his staff - it was about getting me the best possible deal he could and he delivered!! 2nd offense dui, bac of .222 and very horrible video of me performing the tests- it was so bad that I cringed at watching it. Doug and Sean assured me they had seen worse and not to worry because they were working diligently on my case to get me the best possible deal. My results in court proved that Doug and his staff are excellent at practicing the law. My second reduced to class B misdemeanor 1st offense, 2k fine and DL suspended for 180 days. They helped me acquire to occupational DL and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Montgomery County is the worst place to get a DUI and it just shows how hard Doug and his staff work. There is a reason he is named the best attorney and my results show why he is. I can’t thank Doug enough for all he has done for me!!

I wish I would of researched attorneys a little better and not hire the very first one I talked too. So some of it is my fault. I believe there was conflict of interest, Doug did not represent me to the best of his ability. My guess is I ran out of money. He was not honest with me. He did nothing for me except take $13,000 and let the cars fall where they fall. I wish I could take back time and start over. I certainly would not pick Doug to represent me.

Doug and his team have represented me in multiple different cases. From DWI first and second all the way to terroristic threat. All with excellent results. Highly recommended!

BEWARE He talks a good talk but once he has your money you figure out you wasted it hiring this man, took 4 months to view evidence, wouldn't return phone calls, and didn't believe in his client, which resulted in a 3 yrs tdc sentence. If you have a criminal case thats not DWI related then Beware. No evidence for conviction And only gave one star because you couldn't post review with out it

Doug is an awesome person...and an even better lawyer. He's very easy to talk to and doesn't talk down to you like some lawyers do. I'm gonna be real in this review.. I was freaking out when I was arrested. It's something I never thought would happen to me. He was able to get a class A misdemeanor.. where I read I could go to jail for days... down to just 24 hours of community service and two online classes. And the charge was DISMISSED. I was charged with "resisting arrest" which he informed me was not true. That the childlike cop was just angry because I was talking s--t to him.  Resisting involves physically pulling away, etc. Which I was not doing. Doug will be straight forward.. He will help you. He will put your mind at ease and he will work to get the BEST deal for you. I would recommend Doug to anyone and I think he truly cares about his clients as if they were his own family. In fact I know he does. Edited to say that he also got two lesser charges completely dismissed, I would even consider him a friend. He asked me how my family was doing during hurricane Harvey. That is a person who CARES. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help. He will do whatever it takes to give you what the best deal is out there. Both of my class c charges were dropped!!! Thank you Doug!!!! I will be recommending anyone his way!

Don't contact this firm. They just want money and give no help. I have to drive 4 hours to visit with an attorney and needed a few questions answered before I made an appointment and made the long drive there basically wanted to see if I even had a case didnt want to waste their time or mine. I was told I had to come in and pay before I could even talk to anyone I even offered to pay over the phone just to answer a few questions and was told no. They are stuck up and not friendly at all.
