Very Smart Lawyer with an organized efficient and diligent team working with him. I cannot recommend Brian Burns enough! After a night out with my husband that involved a few too many tequila shots, things took a turn when the police arrested me on our way to an Uber. I was charged with family Violence, It was a stressful and embarrassing situation, but Brian stepped in and handled everything with incredible professionalism and care. Brian not only got me out of jail quickly but also ensured I was able to fly back home the very next day. He worked diligently to get my case dismissed, and his expertise and quick action made all the difference. Throughout the entire process, he was compassionate, reassuring, and kept me informed every step of the way. Brian is hands down the best lawyer in Conroe! We attained Brian to represent a family member for a murder charge. He worked diligently with a team of lawyers for about 3 1/2 years. However, he was most capable of handling the case alone. In 2021, Brian Burns was referred to me, to represent my son on a murder case. Myself and my family hired him and have been impressed ever since. Brian is a people person and very down to earth. It's a good feeling when you can sit down with a lawyer with several years of experience underneath him & he can look at your case & as long as you're giving him factual information he can give you a list of scenarios to the outcome. Not all cases are the same, although Brian Burns strives to give you the best outcome possible based on your case. "He never once told me the case would for certain be dismissed," although that was one option he mentioned as well as several other options I would be looking at. I feel like he wanted me to know that my case could go in several different directions. So he's very honest. I provided Mr. Burns with the information he asked in order for him to present the case & he worked his magic. The case was indeed dismissed. I highly recommend Mr. Burns, not only is he great in knowing his profession & what it takes to represent his clients, but his staff is very supportive if you have questions or need anything as well.
