First time to use an attorney, and Brain Burns and his staff has great! My son was looking at a 3rd degree felony. Brain was able to have it dismissed. He informed us every step of the way on the process and what to expect. He answered my calls and emails as I had concerns. I would definitely refer him to anyone that is in need of an attorney. I was worried about pricing and he had multiple methods and payment plans to make it easy to pay. He was easy to talk to with out feeling like he was judging.

Brian went above and beyond to get my case dismissed, not your typically lawyer. Also he’s knows the law like I know the back of hand. As a lot of you may know there are tons of different penal codes that work against us; moreover, there are standard operating procedures that public servants must follow to make a case stick. Be sure Brian will dig, review all physical and scientific evidence until he finds a crack or mistake to get your case dismissed.
