I truly, wholeheartedly, and sincerely commend Doug and his team. I am Active Duty Military and was wrongfully charged and arrested for a DWI. If convicted, this would almost certainly result in a discharge... Luckily, I have a family friend in a Police Department within Montgomery County who recommended Doug. After trying to get an occupational license with several prior attorney's i reached out to Silvia to see if they could help. Within a week i was approved and now have my license. Not only was she very prompt with her work she also walked me through everything i needed to do on my end to help the process. Douglas and his team went above and beyond for my case (DWI 2ND ABOVE A .15). The court appointed could only get a few terrible offers. 1. 2 year probation with a bunch of classes fines and court costs and alcohol interlock device etc... 2. 90 days in jail, 3. Take to trial. I hired Doug and he got it down to first offense DWI 3 days time served and a $500.00 fine. We where battling a dwi case for almost 7 years, attorney after attorney all offered same thing was not going to accept what they where offering. We Hired Doug based on his reviews and they went above and beyond for us. They went over all the evidence and found out the cops actually had no good evidence. We got away with a small fine instead of 18 months probation, If your looking for a great attorney look know further than Doug and his team! They are fantastic at what they do!
