I would highly recommend using this firm. The team is pleasant and accommodating. From the start Brad and his team were understanding and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. They were flexible and willing to work within my time, even when I contracted COVID and was in quarantine for an entire month. Brad and his team will fight for you the entire way, and I do not believe I would have gotten the resolution I did with anyone else.

Doug Atkinson is a great attorney. He represented my friend on a felony case. Doug Atkinson is an amazing attorney. He represented a colleague who was charged with an very difficult DWI. Doug got the case DISMISSED, saved his driver's license and EXPUNGED his record! I used this attorney about 10 years ago, paid him over 5000.00 my case was in Huntsville Walker County. All he would do is reset my court take my payment and joke with th DA. Could not get me past a felony.Then he left me out on a limb come crunch time and told judge I didn't want pay him another 5000 to go through trial. I ended up spending another 3k on a Expert trial Lawyer out of Harris County, he went down there set it up for trial and thr DA on trial date immediately respoded to a plea barging mistermenor 1 year probation. I Really felt this guy took me for a ride for a year. I didn't know better other wise Of would reported to State Bar then. Beware!!
