I thought that my husband's case was not going to be a winnable case. From what other lawyers had spoke with stating my husband's case was very difficult to get dismissed or even lessen his charge of DWI greater than .15 bac level. It's been less than 2 months and Mr. Douglas Atkinson called personally to let me know my husband's case has been dismissed. The staff have been very helpful from day one without any problems. There was always someone to help me out throughout the entire case. Whether it had been weekend or evening there was always someone to help. Mr. Atkinson and his assistant both advised me that it was going to be a hard case to prove his Innocence due to the high BAC level. I just want to say thank you so much for your help and commitment to my husband's case for doing your absolute best. My husband's case is finally dismissed, that was the best news I got since the call of him being accused. I most definitely will recommend Mr. Atkinson and staff for any criminal/dwi Case. I appreciate the effort and work that all of you have done for my husband. We are forever in debt with Douglas Atkinson law firm. Thank you!

I highly recommend Douglas Atkinson as a lawyer!! Due to my lengthy background I was facing 2-10 years in prison and Doug was able to get me probation. I honestly feel he is the best lawyer in Montgomery County. His staff is very friendly and were always there to answer any questions I had and keep me up to date on my case. If ever I had a question directly for Doug he was there to answer it for me as well. Thank you Douglas Atkinson and your staff for my freedom!!!

I liked the staff. Doug Atkinson, himself I thought was terrible at his job. He takes on too many clients and has little time to meet with them. Always reschedules meetings, or is to busy for them. I feel like he works for Montgomery County, and does not have his clients best interest at heart. I had to do my own legal research to protect myself from my own lawyer, and his friend the DA...They seem to like to reset over, and over until there is no more time, then force you into a poor plea bargain. I don't think these reviews are honest, or they are poor insight. I have talked to many people since wasting my money with this man, and consistently when his name comes up, I hear what a joke of a lawyer he is. If he is your lawyer now - Good luck
