It's a good feeling when you can sit down with a lawyer with several years of experience underneath him & he can look at your case & as long as you're giving him factual information he can give you a list of scenarios to the outcome. Not all cases are the same, although Brian Burns strives to give you the best outcome possible based on your case. "He never once told me the case would for certain be dismissed," although that was one option he mentioned as well as several other options I would be looking at. I feel like he wanted me to know that my case could go in several different directions. So he's very honest. I provided Mr. Burns with the information he asked in order for him to present the case & he worked his magic. The case was indeed dismissed. I highly recommend Mr. Burns, not only is he great in knowing his profession & what it takes to represent his clients, but his staff is very supportive if you have questions or need anything as well.
