I had the privilege of having John Hafley handle a Felony Evading case I was previously charged with. He exercised his knowledge of the law along with his professionalism to ensure that my civil rights were not violated and that the law was upheld. The arresting officer was rogue and unlawful with his detainment of my person. As a result of his actions ,the charge was dismissed during an Examining Trial due to Mr. Hafley hearing my side and presenting the facts that the officer would not.
