Since April of 2019, they have represented me.... aside from several copy and pasted emails of how dedicated they are to veterans.... there is rarely any correspondence. In the beginning, there was multiple calls and emails, and also letters just to let me know that I could trust them and to give them the info that they needed. I get told that someone's case (who isnt me) got selected and that by the outcome of their case, that all cases will be corrected in the same way... anytime I respond to a copy and pasted message... someone reaches out instantly to reassure me that I am to wait for something to happen soon. Yet one person tells me that they will get all my files, another would say i need to get them my files, and others would say that they have no record of me at all... then no matter what they say, im transferred to another person who tells me one of the different 3 things I mentioned.... i am so confused.... a year and a half later... and im getting more "review us on google" than i am seeing results.... i served 2001-05 in Afghanistan and Iraq.... i wonder if its my hyper vigilance from ptsd... or maybe Im bothering them any time I call....
