Friendly staff.

My husband went there because I had a friend that worked there but now she’s gone and Thomas J Henry has done absolutely NOTHING on his case. After a few days of signing up he got a letter in the mail bragging about how great TJH is with his picture (kinda weird). But it’s been two weeks and no one has followed up. We got the insurance to set us up in a rental without their help. I see now if I’d waited for TJH I’d still be without a car. They were supposed to send my husband to a dr and still notning. This is a RIPP OFF! And he signed us up to take almost 40%! It’s supposed to be 33%! For what. We’re doing all the work ourselves! Do yourself a favor. Use a smaller firm or do it yourself. They’ve obviously lost their focus. They don’t care about their clients. 1 Month Update: still no word or help from TJH office. My husband is in so much pain from his back. We’ve resorted to getting medical care without their help. Thanks for nothing. Guess we’ll continue to work on our case by ourselves.
