There was a potential suit I was considering to file sometime back. I sat with Russell to discuss the details. His conclusion was that I was asking him to make a case against parties that were probably not at fault, and he would not participate. In my heart of hearts, I knew this before I even came to see him. I was desperate to pass blame and not suffer the financial loss at hand.
