I decided to hire Herrman and Herrman after my auto accident and was represented by Mr. Will Privette. He did an excellent job in taking care of my case and got me the best settlement possible. I highly recommend Herrman and Herrman if you're ever in an accident.

Herrman and Herrman guided me through a challenging multi-car accident case related to personal injury. Mr. Hutchins handled everything seamlessly, allowing me to cover my medical expenses. While I hope to never be in such a situation again, I wholeheartedly recommend Herrman and Herrman with confidence!

So far so good now my attorney seemed to know what he was talking about now if only if they weren't so damn slow but I think that's just the legal system. I edited my review because I do appreciate the personal manner in which the firm communicates with me and the fact that my attorney and especially the paralegal Louis who always seems like he's doing whatever he can do to push things along for working my case and Fernando who seems so knowledgeable. He prepped me for my deposition like a pro. He told me exactly what to look out for from opposing council. I was impressed with that. So 4 stars! 5 only comes when it's a wrap and I can realize some payment from the other side so I can pay my bills. This is an update to my review now my attorney calls me and tells me about an offer from the other side that's not a good offer but says it's probably the best I'll get and I should consider taking it. It was my belief that Herman and Herman would be able to do better than this in a shorter amount of time so I made it to my review from 4 stars to two stars.

Our experience is this law firm is it’s all about doing what’s best to benefit themselves instead of their clients! They didn’t do one thing to help my daughter with her car accident except coercing her into a 20 physical therapy session of their choosing without her being properly diagnosed and this therapy place they tried to set her up to go in for expensive MRI and X-rays that they stated is a part of the protocol and would only help her increase the value of her case! After the visit she realized that it wasn’t in her best interest to use this firm! Yet they are still demanding to receive fee after she wanted to not move forward with their services! We are seeking to file a formal complaint with the state board in hope of bring awareness to this type of unethical conduct and behavior!
