I had an accident in July and decided to call Herman and Herman. They handled everything for me from car rental , to Drs appt to dealing with the insurance company. A Big thank to Veronica, Valerie and Steve ..you guys are awesome .

They are fast

My son had a case with Herman & Herman handled by Cindy,at first they ( she) was great.Then as time went on she became rude.She talked my son into taking settlement offer,which he deserved more.Cindy wouldn't give him an advance unless he did a Google review,which she wrote...After all was said and done,he ended up with a lot less than expected..I do not recommend this company to anyone

I don’t know if I can mention the attorneys name, but Mr. Jerry Gertz from San Antonio office and his team were professional and courteous. I live in Corpus but he was always on his “A” game. I am unhappy with how I was treated. A waste of almost 2yrs. I should have known they were no good when I was asked to write a review about the attorney and I had never had an encounter with him. I finally did though last week over a year after they asked me to do an online review and it was to basically tell me my case is a waste of time for them. I was treated nothing how they claim they treat people in their Ads and commercials. Between my accident the long recovery which has been hard and then dealing with this firm I am so hurt and disappointed to have been disregarded in such a manor. I have learned when it comes to law firms big isnt always better.
