No help in righting a wrong! Simply saying if there is nothing for them they will not help you get what you are owed. PERIOD!!!

I was referred by word of mouth. I decide to go with this Law Firm because they handled their case amazingly according to person who referred me. Probably the worst experience with a law firm ever. I had contact with my attorney for a total of maybe 2-3 times my whole case. Which lasted from Feb - Sept. Every time I called to make an appointment with my attorney they would give me the run around, He's at a meeting or on the other line, and ever time I showed up they would tell me he had just left for the day. Which didn't make sense because I had called when I was getting a ride to the office and he was just there on the other line not even 5 minutes ago. My doctors appointments weren't ever scheduled right for the most part. I hardly ever got a call back when I called. I would have to call 3 days later to be told the same thing, and not get a call back. AGAIN. The 2 main things that got to me personally, the first one was, I was in major pain still when my attorney stopped me from going to therapy, he made me feel like because I had already about 2 months of therapy I should be feeling ok and everything should heal on its own after. It was because I was getting older that it was taking longer to heal he said. Turns out i have a dislocated scapula that my personal doctor found out by just looking at my back. My nurses at therapy were shocked because I was still in major pain. Second, I was told to give a review. Yes I understand. After my whole experience and all i understand but before I got my money? I still have to wait for the bank to process it without problems. And then being told to leave a Positive review. Im not handing anyone my Personal phone to do a review on my phone by just leaving 5 Stars. I DON'T THINK SO. And then to be told the reason why they wanted to help me with the review and leave a positive one, was because their job was on-the-line. And since I had "such a positive experience with them" according to them. They wanted to help me, I'm guessing so they personally saw me rate them 5 stars. They made me feel like if i didn't, they weren't going to give me my money, which I know they cant do that, but that's how it felt. No wonder your job is on the line. I was so aggravated with them on the phone half the time because it was always the same thing. I'm sorry but I'm not sorry I had a horrible experience. The only people who were wonderful and helpful were the receptionist. They always answered my calls to the best of their knowledge, and when I would go by they would always call and remind them i was their.

Mostly dealt with case manager gale which was as time really short with me and aeemwd overwhelmed at my questions but the one time i actually talked to my lawyer william he was very helpful and polite over all i was satisfied with there services

I do not recommend this place to anyone I got into two car accidents (both not my fault) I strongly believe they didn't fight hard enough for me walked away with very little $ both times. My second car accident I was very hurt definitely did not get compensated well for my pain and suffering! Both car accidents were traumatizing! When I received my first check my fiance and I couldn't believe it lol he even put a poor review on here and he had an intervention by our paralegal asking him to remove it he didn't so they dropped him as a client!!! This place is a joke I had to wait almost a year for my second check I'm very displeased I should of went to Thomas j Henry! That's a part of my experience with them have a good day watch out for those crazy drivers out there!
