I would definitely recommend Gregory Herrman. I was in a car accident and even though I was located in (Sa) I was able to get everything taken care of with no problems. His staff was very professional and helpful, thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

My boy friend was in a bus accident.. And he went to Herman and Herman. The staff was great, the paralegal was even better. The only gripe he had was Eddie miss led him to believe all his medical bills wer covered.. He gets a check a few thousand dollars less than his in pocket $.. Eddie says don't worry the medial bills should get covered and we will have a check for you... Just to get him to sign.. A few months later he started wondering where the rest of the money was.. So he called in a brief and rude way Eddie say that's all you get the rest of the medical not covered.. And quickly hung up.. Well what they don't know is he is a ex football player.. And knows several people in the legal field. And he went to Miami.. So he has a base understanding of law.. He will try and clear things up with h@h.. If not.. The bar and better business.. Will be informed.. To simply state h@h is a stand up firm but the lawyer could care less, he only returned 2 phone calls in two years, and was all about the cash.. He does recommend h@h.. Thomas J Henry pick my case up with out hesitation and got me more then I expected. STAY AWAY THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL! Apparently if you decide to write a bad review, as I have, they will get in touch with you immediately and ask you to remove it to avoid bad publicity. They don't want the truth to be told. They don't want the facts published. They will lie right to your face with out hesitate in hope of you not posting a bad review. If you're hurt in a car accident they don't see your pain or suffering nor do they care. They see a "value" what your case may be worth. They don't care about how you will make it ie, pay your bills or get by. Sure they'll send you to a Dr. Not bc they care but bc it will increase the "value" for them while costing you more money you already don't have. They will speak to you indirectly so you are never really sure where your case is or the progress of your case or lack there of. After months of waiting and not hearing from them they will drop your case and dismiss you just like nothing. In the same friendly tone they introduced themselves to you.

Waited almost 2 years for my case to settle from a car accident. I got the runaround every time I called and got only 1000 dollars at the end. I would never go back.

We were Treated Very Poorly and they didn't pay all of our medical bill and left us out to dry,and rejected my son's case because we inquired about the way they took almost all of our pip and didn't pay all of our bills.this is very sad because if we had known this we wouldn't have never used them!..we were never given the opportunity to view the contract so we would've known what we were getting into.
