Going through any family court case is rarely desirable, especially for someone who is a new parent that has little to no knowledge of the conservatorship process. Add this along with the constant anxiety of if you're doing the right thing as a parent and you got yourself a slight rocky road ahead of you, but not one that is undrivable. Kathy and her team were there for me every step of the way. Eliminating doubts, providing solutions and most importantly, creating this best possible outcome for the child and everybody involved. As many times as I called with concerns on certain matters, they always respond sincere and honest. I strongly recommend this incredible team, that is always more than willing to do whatever it takes to ensure you get the best possible representation there is. The Law Office of Kathy White will fight for you every step of the way.

This woman should be disbarred for incompetence. Without going into detail; Kathy White totally botched a divorce case and let her client down. At times it seemed that she was working for the other side in this case. She did not follow through with several key issues that she was requested to do and let a key dead line pass. She even had the gall to continue billing after repeated emails went unanswered and until told twice by certified mail to stop. I cannot let this go unpassed without warning anyone who would consider retaining her.

My favorite lawyer. Very responsive and very professional inside the courtroom. Kathy makes your problem her problem. I highly recommend!

Have used Mrs. White several times helping me with the custody of my child and other related issues. Each time she has been pivotal in winning my cases and insuring I get time with my son.

Mrs. Kathy from the get go was so very professional and has an amazing southern hospitality about her, I had hired her to handle my divorce and I have to say I was not disappointed!! The combination of Mrs. Kathy and her assistant Ashly cannot be beat! I was so pleased that even though my divorce is final I still keep Mrs. Kathy on retainer just incase I have to for lack of a better term let the dogs out! If you’re reading this review it’s because you’re probably going through a similar situation as me, please don’t make the mistake of NOT hiring Mrs. Kathy White and Ashly!!

I will never recommend them again, I’ve sent 4 different friends to them and received nothing but negative feedback. I’m embarrassed to have even vouched for them. Very poor communication, no customer services,Unprofessional, and very disorganized . The ladies in front do great with account receivables but id find someone else to do the paperwork and communication with clients .

Ashley was very professional and personable. She made creating my will very easy. Highly recommend their team.

Mrs White and her entire team are beyond wonderful. I was exhausted and ready to give up when I called and bless her heart she made it all right. She cared about my kids and their well being above all else. She was fair in all she did, was honest and truthful with me and never pushed me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood 100%. Her team is amazing and gave more than 110% on everything. They took the time to get to know me and my kids and who we were as people. Mrs white and her team are a rare find in that field because they care deeply for their clients and make sure that they know it. I could give so many examples of how Mrs White and Ashley consoled me, kept me sane, moving forward and always treated me like I was the #1 client every time I called. When I was ready to give up Mrs white, Ashely and the whole team held my hand pulled me up and made sure we got what we needed. Divorce is awful adding in kids is worse but she faught for us and made sure we got everything we needed. I can’t imagine you’d find anyone better than Mrs. White and her amazing team!!!
