WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Kathy never knows what’s going on or her helpers, she goes on and on and never gets the job done. DONT GO TO HER AT ALL wasted so much money with her to have nothing done . Ladies are so rude and will try and get you to pay more and will make you do her job then get mad because you ask questions about your case: and before they comment about me not being a client is definitely a red flag STAY AWAY from these people!!!! You’ll be better off representing yourself!!!!!

The best divorce attorney for the Houston area. Kathy made everything easy. There were no worries when she took control. She looks out for your best interests. Made the divorce easy!!

Sounds promising. Only saw legal aids, never saw Ms. White. The legal aids was cordial and professional. I would give them my business.

I was facing a custody dispute with my two-year old son's mother, we had an agreed order in place originally, split custody where she got Mon/Tues nights, I got Wed/Thurs nights, and we alternated weekends. It was a great arrangement for both of us and the best scenario for our son. His mom was still bitter over our past relationship and less than a year into our arrangement she became upset with me and filed a motion to modify. I'm an attorney (with family law experience) and was comfortable discussing the proposed modification pro-se, with her attorney. After a couple months of back and forth we reached an agreement, no change in our custody arrangement, basically no change at all except that she wanted the ability to have me drug tested, which I was fine with. All that was left was signatures. Then mom became upset with me about something totally unrelated, backed out of the proposed agreement, fired her attorney, hired a new one, AND FILED FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER. She was not only seeking full custody now, she was trying to keep me from seeing my son for at least two years. I was shocked and quite frankly scared to death. It was completely frivolous, but who knows what the judge would believe. I was served with the protective order out of the blue, after work on a Wednesday during Spring Break of 2022. I called two attorneys the next day, both were on vacation. Immediately panic mode set in and here I was, facing a temporary ex parte protective order and was basically representing myself in a case that could ultimately end up in me not being able to see my only son for AT LEAST two years... by the grace of God I came across Kathy White's profile on one of these websites. She was from the same hometown as me, so I figured what the heck, I called and spoke with her assistant. I told her my story and they immediately set up an online consultation for the following day. I was nervous as anyone could ever be, it was awful. I couldn't sleep or eat or think of anything else other than the possibility of losing my son. The next day came and as soon – and I mean AS SOON as my meeting with Ms. White began – I started to feel at ease. By the end of our short, 30-minute meeting, I was elated. I knew I’d found the right person to represent me. From that point on, I was still stressed and concerned as anyone should be, but I was confident in my attorney and her representation of me. Long story short, the protective order was dismissed, DISMISSED, and after mediation, an agreement as to the modification was reached. No change in custody. No child support (I had already agreed to cover costs of all medical and daycare pursuant to the original agreement with mom). Even the drug testing, which I was fine with originally, was included so as to require both of us, not just me, to submit to drug testing upon the request of the other party. It was long, and arduous, but in the end, my custody situation was better off than when it started, and my relationship with my son’s mom is actually better now than it was when we first split up. Kathy White did the dirty work for me, without even playing dirty. She just did her job, a GREAT freaking job, and I owe so much to her and her staff for it. I couldn’t recommend a better advocate, especially for someone who, like me, is scared to death of losing the right to be with their children. Call Kathy White, seriously. T. Hamilton, Houston, TX.

My family and I had a case that was concerning a very difficult situation. Kathy was very compassionate about it. She was extremely competent, passionate about our case. She went the extra mile to complete the documents. I cannot express how truly THANKFUL, I am for all she did to help us be successful in the completion and outcome of our case!!!!!!

I have dealt with multiple family lawyers over the past few years concerning custody of my children, and none have been as effective as Kathy and her team have. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Her paralegals and her secretary’s were very quick to respond to any problems I had. My previous lawyer had been very hard to get in touch with when I had questions, and Kathy and her team were very involved and consistently contacted me with new information on my case. Even after hours they would take my calls and respond to emails. Kathy is very tough and does not waiver in the face of the opposing counsel. She is very reasonably priced based on the quality of work she provides. Kathy and the women that work for her are extremely hard working and dedicated to their client’s need. She is the only lawyer who I have hired that seemed to genuinely care about my children and I.

Mrs White is a very good lawyer. She gets back with us within a reasonable time with our questions and concerns She is very knowledgeable about the law and is fighting for my son to get his visitation with his kids. We are pleased with her services. Her staff is amazing too. They are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend mrs white and her staff to anyone
