Best experience I have had with a law firm. Helpful, knowledgeable and experience was well worth going with them. Took great care with every detail and I will definitely be using them again for anything that may come up.

I recently had a terrible experience with Udeshi law firm This law firm defrauded me, wasting valuable time and resources. Their staff are unprofessional, unresponsive, and often provide inadequate guidance. Not only did this law firm fail to deliver on their promises, but their practices also leave much to be desired. I'm extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend this law firm to anyone. My initial payment was $3,250 which was a settlement based on my original court request. However, they did not do anything but review 45 pages of documents and said the money was exhausted and instead asked to pay additional 3,750$ which I refused until I have the opportunity of speaking with my lawyer which the assistant refused until I pay the additional money . As such I refused paying the additional money . As a result they withdrew from the case .All of their practices are illegal and is a violation to try to extract more money from me without giving me opportunity to speak to my lawyer. This suggests a violation of the law, as it is illegal for someone to use deceptive practices when negotiating a settlement. They also lied about responding to my original court request, which they never did because I received a letter from the court today 2/14/2023 asking for a response. I am requesting for a refund for my money or do the response that you agreed to do to the court and forward all of the records that were submitted to you to forward to the petitioner attorney. Efehi

Still haven't gotten child support more than a year after court has finalized and family lawyer who represented me in court isn't working with the firm before I could get any help with that last part and the firm advised me to contact the state on my own.
