My family retained Udeshi Law Firm in January 2022. After an initial interview and being told it appeared the case was substantive enough to proceed they happily took the money, switched attorneys a few times, promised a call from Mr. Udeshi and did NO work on the case. They DID charge monthly, AND let the statute of limitations run out! Also, I was not given the referral discount I was entitled to in the billing. On numerous occasions I tried to contact them for counsel and after a year of non response, requested the return of the remaining retainer by email and phone. They continue charging. They are common criminals and I would highly recommend you take your legal needs elsewhere unless you just want to throw away your money. Udeshi should be disbarred, charged with larceny, fraud, and required to pay restitution and damages.

This man saved my life honestly. I did my wrongs. We have to take accountability for our mistakes. This is ONE man remind you he’s human give him grace. He WILL GET THE JOB DONE I PROMISE. Imagine having so many cases!!! I love him & always will. Never take granted for a person that’s fighting for you ❤️. Let him do the job.

We retained this firm for a probate matter. Our case sat with the firm for two years with minimal activity. The attorney who was initially assigned to the case resigned from the firm, and we were not notified. The case was subsequently handled by several different people. At one point we were told that the attorney handling the case was going out on maternity leave, but it would be fine since a hearing would not be scheduled sooner than six weeks out anyway. When the case changed hands for the third or fourth time, the attorney contacted us. We had what we hoped was meaningful communication with her, and then shortly afterward we were informed that she too had resigned. At this point we chose to seek representation elsewhere. Whatever your family law need is, we suggest you do the same.

I called to verify the information clearly posted on Google saying that they are a pro bono law firm but when I called I was told they don't do pro bono work make it make sense.

Used this firm for a divorce. Wife contested. Council used "non-contested" divorce agreement against me. She also told opposing council what I earned from VA Disability and SS (neither of which count in divorce). Ended up ensuring that opposing party got whatever they wanted. Promised me that it would cost me more to contest as they would ensure that council charges would exceed anything I would get. Tried NOT to post but they keep asking me to tell them about my experience.
