Called Alan Stewart's office as I was having issues with a new car that I had purchased. He helped me understand the difference between the lemon law and a defective warranty. I retained Allen Stewart, P.C. for my Breach of Warranty Claim and I’m regretting now that the case is closed. I felt like every step of the way and with every offer, my attorney wanted to just settle and be done with my case. I would recommend to find a law firm with less attorneys’ fees and lawyers with more compassion for your case. You will get a better outcome.
