I had an issue with a vehicle recently purchased new, where the dealer/manufacturer were unable/unwilling to remedy meaningful issues. The Allen Stewart firm reviewed my repair invoices and experience, and was willing to take on my case as a contingency fee situation. Although it took the better part of a year to resolve, they prevailed and I received a financial settlement that I will apply to the cost of a replacement vehicle. Communication was great throughout the process, and their share of the settlement/fees was very fair.
