Working with Sam was my first experience with a Patent Attorney. I came to him with a complicated medical product and he set me at ease right away. He was able to clearly guide me through both the Provisional and Non-Provisional filings with patience and professionalism. His knowledge and experience we're readily apparent as he was able to sift through many complicated renderings, grasp them quickly, and turn them into a clear & concise application. Our company hired Sam to file a non-provisional patent. During our first meeting, I knew Sam was different than other attorney's we have used in the past. Sam did a great job, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I review the design verbally with him and he comprehended the overall concept. Gave him my written theory of operation, design notes, drawing, flowcharts, and electrical schematics and he returned a very comprehensive provisional patent. We revised it several times (added technical content) and then it was sent in. Great job, will be giving him my future patent work.
