So, interesting situation. I hired Nick to do a petition for a record expungement. I paid the reasonable fee charge that was a flat rate, upon further review, Nick thought our chances were slim and advised me of such. So he was completely transparent and let me know we probably wouldn’t prevail and that he would continue if I wanted or refund my money since we may not win! It’s very seldom will you ever run across a criminal defense attorney that will refund your money months later if he thinks you may not win. This speaks of the integrity of this firm and Nick in particular. These guys do what they say, and maintain honor, integrity and honesty throughout the entire process! 5 Stars all around the board!
