John Dee Spicer with this firm supposedly settled on an asset in my case when he knew the full value. After the case was discharged, this unscrupulous lawyer "came back to the well" for four times more. He also did not follow up with my attorney when she, Marilyn Garner, did not notify me of his additional information requests. He then "invested" $350 to contest the case. She then tried to screw me for $5000 more. Then when I warned her it was her fault and I would be filing complaints at various venues and a lawsuit against her, this was dropped. That looked like collusion to me! I would steer away from this whole firm if that is the way they do business.

I was involved in a horrible accident at the beginning of 2018 and The Malone Law Firm was there to assist me in every possible way to help with all the legal matters that followed Michael T O'Connor specifically worked diligently to see that I was taken care of from start to finish..and Ms Virginia always made sure I was kept up to speed on all occurrences during my case. Chris is by far the best attorney my family and I have ever used. He is always available by phone or text to just simply talk about possible outcomes or new lines of defense. I cannot say enough about Chris Knox. He dropped everything to meet me on Christmas Eve at 5pm when he could have been spending the holiday with his family. Having never been exposed to criminal allegations I was stressed and overwhelmed with the process. He explained everything to me and coordinated my release from jail.
