Daniel has a soldier-like work ethic with an equally impressive set of skills and legal horsepower. While both smart and creative, he is willing to be challenged...by his own client but also by the best adversaries, never yielding unless prudence requires it. In 2014 I needed help with a case where I fell in Walgreens due to their negligence and was hurt badly. I contacted Dean Malone's office to help me. They took the case and then just dropped it. I would not reccomend them to anyone. My experience was poor.

This guy does not do police misconduct work unless it is sexy and lucrative. Try going up against the system that actually creates and fosters bad cops; now there is some real legal work.
