Tom is the perfect blend of intelligence and confidence without the all too common lawyer trait of arrogance. He provides excellent legal services and is a pleasure to work with. Tom can quickly dissect the relevant issues, understand and address complex matters, and then draft writings that are clear, persuasive, and nuanced. Tom is adept at identifying the root of the problem, and then figuring out how to effectively advocate for his client.

I first found out about Thomas through the American Society of Media Photographers, so right off the bat, I knew he was credible. He exceeded my expectations by his professional advice and by always being available whenever I needed him. Because of his background in photography, his knowledge and guidance has proven to be so valuable to me and my business and I am so grateful!

I really enjoyed working with Tom and Ford. My brother and I started our own company, which neither of us have ever done before. We weren't sure what the legal processes were like, and we chose Tom to help us. Tom took the time to answer each and every detailed question that I had, and he explained it in a way that made perfect sense. He is open and honest about what/how he charges his clients, which was a big deal for me. I had always heard of how lawyers can take advantage of their clients, making them pay an outrageous amount for unknown services. Tom is not like that. When I had any question at all about an invoice, he took the time to look over his records and precisely explain what went into the invoice. I also like how quick he and Ford responded any time I sent an email or called to leave a message. These two are very professional, and I'm glad we decided to use them for our startup!

Let me take this opportunity to thank Tom and his staff, in helping to resolve the payment issues related to a long-time client refusing to pay for his logo design. All of my previous attempts to resolve this issue myself were in vain. I sincerely believe that without your firm’s assistance, I would have never received the payment.
