I hired them for my mom case for neglect an abuse of a nursing home.an after months went by decided I wanted to hire another attorney so once I decided not to move forward they gave me a hard time as well put something on my file so I couldn’t move forward every attorney.I reached out to said sorry they can’t take my case . I found this Law firm on TV after losing my Father. The staff was always so polite whenever we spoke over the phone. Then the Pandemic hit and everything got put on hold until several months later. However, they still keep me updated on my case. Whenever I had a question if the person answering the phone didn't know they made sure to find someone right away who did. Fortunately I was acquainted with Tom via his workshops for artists. The sessions were informative and clearly explained legal issues that might particularly apply to those in the creative industries. So, when a large company failed to uphold their portion of a job I was involved in, I didn’t hesitate. I called Tom. He went to bat for me, held them responsible for their actions and, consequently, I received fair compensation. He will fight for the ‘little guy’ and is not intimidated by the opposition.
