I reached out to Kastl Law because of the reviews however dealing with them has been a nightmare. I reached out because my wife came down with cancer after her and i met over a year ago. I lived in an apartment that was found to have Radon gas which is extremely deadly if you do your research. Well to make a long story short that apartment complex settled with me and I had to sign a non disclosure agreement so that i wouldn't tell the media and other tenants in the my building. They basically wanted me to go away however prior to finding out about the apartment I met my beautiful wife, at the time we were dating but eventually married. Well with us spending so much time together at my place she was diagnosed with cancer with the time lines falling in line with the time that she was with me in that apartment. She has gone through so much with missing time from work, the radiation treatments and just the overall trauma of dealing with cancer. I reached out to Kastl wanting a woman attorney that would understand what my wife could possibly being going through but I made a terrible mistake choosing this one. They have had her paperwork which she was told to document all of the time missed from work, treatments and the remediation plan which she has passed on to them. We have to keep calling, they won't return calls they continue to tell us the same information. I am blessed to to communicate that my wife is now cancer free but if that apartment complex settled with me then how can they not be responsible for this issue? We can't prove that the radon gas caused the issue however we definitely can't rule it out as the time frames are too consistent with the diagnosis. She also wasn't on the lease but she was there all the time with me as we were both exposed to this harmful toxin. Long story short if you have an opportunity to go with another attorney my recommendation is for you to exercise that option. If you require any actual research to be done with your case or it's not a slam dunk case go to another attorney. Update 8/21/20 I was finally able to speak with Sean and I had a legal assistant call me back however I agreed to call them back on Tuesday August 25th as the legal assistant will need to confer on the provider details. There is a 2 year statue of limitations in Texas regarding bodily injuries which means that this office has had this case for over a year with not much completed hopefully we can push to go into litigation's immediately.

I just want to say how friendly and personable this experience was, I am truly grateful for this Law Firm! They stepped right in and took control of my case and as hard as the company fought against me stating that this was not worth filing charges, Kastl Law never backed down. So glad I had you all in my corner. Thanks for EVERYTHING!
