I am very, very grateful for Kris and Justin and highly recommend them to anyone going through a divorce that needs strong legal representation without the inflammatory behavior that many Dallas attorneys use to rack up theirs billable hours and drag out painful divorce proceedings. Balekian Hayes simple doesn’t operate this way and it is a testament to their legal prowess and and character. I met with another prominent firm in Dallas that didn’t feel right. I was in a very emotional state and had a lot of anxiety surrounding my divorce. Both Kris and Justin went out of their way to help me make calm and rational decisions that were best for me and my kids. I felt protected by them whereas I felt taken advantage by the other law firm that I met with that charged me an exorbitant amount for an initial consultation (over $4k). I would highly recommend Kris and Justin- they were beyond thorough, always mindful of my bottom line and the stress I felt with that and frankly, they were amazing at negotiating because they were able to do so with the confidence of the relationships they have with other attorneys, their experience in reaching settlements and what those end up looking like under a variety of circumstances, and their track record of excellent standards in front of Dallas judges. They know what they are doing and they have the quiet confidence to be extremely successful and efficient at it. Add them to your list of firms to meet with. I’d be genuinely surprised if you don’t happily find yourself represented by them.

I’ll let my one star speak for itself. My previous attempts to leave a review have been met with threats of lawsuits. The senior lawyer at this firm also disparaged me on my personal FB page. Very unprofessional. *I was the opposing party in this case.
