I hired Tim for someone very close to me (I'll refer them as an L). The charge was a criminal offense and "L" had to spend overnight in the jail. Tim suggested a great team of bonds people and "L" was out of jail the next day. "L" had a pending greencard application with USCIS and it was a must to have the case dismissed. Tim worked for this case Dec 2018 to Oct 2019. That 11 months were the worst time of our lives, but Tim got the case dismissed and when the court documents, along with the dismissal paper, were sent to USCIS, they approved "L"'s I-130 right away and "L" is waiting for their greencard to be mailed home today. If you're looking for lawyer that is knowledgeable, diligent, etc., Tim is the one.

I spoke with Tim Clancy for a short time. He seem genuine and honest. Although I won't be able to hire him as a lawyer I really appreciated his sincerity and honesty! Should have talked with him years ago about this case.

I’m in NYC but it’s been real easy to deal with Richard, Beth and others at his firm without actually visiting in person. They have been very responsive and listen carefully to what I want and need. I got a utility patent pending very quickly and am still working on a design patent with Richard. Highly recommend this firm for all your patent and IP needs.

Richard and his team are great to work with! They actually take the time to work with you and make you comfortable. Everything was made clear and they were happy to answer questions. They care and after looking around were by far the best law firm to work with.

Getting him to return a phone call or email is like pulling teeth. His office filed paperwork at the wrong courthouse, then acted like they didn't know how to fix it. I figured it out myself and had to tell them. Showed up to court once, and they screwed up the dates so it was a waste of time. Not sure how he actually passed any bar exam but I am willing to bet his good reviews are either fake or friends of his because his knowledge of the law and communication is terrible. I wasted several months and thousands of dollars. End result was me having to hire a different attorney and start over. New attorneys exact words to me where " I am trying to unscrew up your case"
