I highly recommend Paige Melendez with the Rob Wiley PC firm. I brought a difficult legal situation I was experiencing to the firm. After the initial consultation to understand my rights, Ms. Melendez took the reins quickly and expeditiously helped me. If you find you need this type of legal assistance for employment matters, you are in good hands with Ms. Melendez.

$250 just to see if they can do something, and the receptionist plays dumb, so you MUST pay, just to see if. Paige E. Melendez, we tried; you do employment only, and I think we need employment/business to accommodate our claim, awful firm you are part of.

Deontae basically told me that I had no leg to stand on without reviewing any of my documents.. hired someone else and got a nice settlement. It was a $250, 10 minute “consultation”.

I called this company this morning to ask two questions 1) Do they represent you if you already for law suit and do they represent nc they tell me I had to pay a $250 consultation fee just to tell me that they a rip off

Don’t believe the hype. They charge $500 just for a consultation, which is ridiculous since they specialize with UNEMPLOYMENT cases. Let that sit. The receptionist is rude, condescending and reads from a script. She doesn’t answer basic simple questions and interrupted me while speaking and tried to over talk me. Ma’am You’re not in court. Find a law office that is compassionate , professional and shows empathy regarding your situation. I found Rob Wiley law to be very transactional and the receptionist is the gatekeeper. Not a a good look. There are many laws offices w/teams that will review your inquiry for free before charging you $500 to turn you away. So. after reading a previous reviewer that was quoted $250 for a consult, looks like this office picks and choose rates. What’s the basis for that? We already know. Shameful.

Melendez displayed patience with all my questions and concerns from the start. She authentically made me feel heard and fought for what was right. Thanks to Lawyer Paige Melendez, I have peace, closure and fair resolution.

$250 to get somebody on the phone for 5 minutes just to see if I have a case worth pursuing -- this company values profit over your pain.
