I’ve used Marc in the past and had the best experience, he’s very transparent and knowledgeable. He’ll walk you through step by step of any processes and let you know what steps you need to take. Marc is very understanding, stuff happens all the time and people mess up but he’s there for you like family. Unfortunately I’ve had to use him more than once but both times he’s been very insightful and has helped more than I could ever imagine. This is how a real lawyer should be and Mr.Fellman is the standard for all lawyers so thank you Marc for everything!

Brian Hill is the most amazing Guardian I could have ever asked for for my Grandfather! He put my Grandfather's needs first, handled his finances and medical care perfectly, was his advocate when it was needed most and added personal kindnesses that he didn't have to do. He kept us, the family, informed always and considered our thoughts when making decisions. I feel so fortunate that he took Guardianship for my Grandfather and am in awe of the amount of work and care he put into this very important job. I highly recommend him!

I was arrested for DWI in Sept of 2021. I found John Gioffredi on the internet from his stellar reviews and reputation. I spoke with John and a couple other lawyers to try and decide who to hire to represent me. After speaking with everyone, I selected John because of his experience, knowledge, and honesty about my case and the possibilities. It was approximately 6 months after the arrest before my first court meeting was scheduled. After all those months of waiting, I was ready to accept the best plea offered to get this over and move on. John told me to be patient and to be prepared that we might have to go to court to get the best deal. Ultimately, I was hoping to avoid trial. So, I took John's advice and he went to work.....we rejected the first couple of plea deals. I was very nervous continuing to reject each slightly better plea deal (which went against my better judgement) but John convinced me to trust him and continue on. Well, John was right (and of course he was because what do I know). Without going into the details, my case got dismissed in August of 2022 approximately 10 days before it was scheduled to go to court. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I am incredibly grateful to John and his team (Courtney and Trish as well). They did amazing work. Hands down I would absolutely (100%) recommend John and his team to anyone in a DWI/DUI situation. I am another satisfied customer in a long list of satisfied customers. John is excellent at what he does and has a wonderful team around him. Special thanks to Trish!! I spoke with her about as much as John and she was very calming and informative resource during this process.

I used John for a DWI in 2021-2022 due to covid it lasted a year before I had to go to court. He was very helpful from the start never once did he judge me for my mistakes simply told me the consequences and the steps it would take. He walked me through all the options a month before my court date gave me a couple of days to decide and then issued my court date. On the day of my court date, he gave me two options and told me which one would work best for me. Then when I had to go up in front of the Judge, I only got a 90-day driver's license suspension. I did not have to go to jail or have a breathalyzer in my vehicle. If I would ever get in trouble again (which I won't), I would choose him over and over again. He made this process very easy and calming for me with minimal damage. I recommend you use John Gioffredi if you ever need the best to have your back legally!!

Wonderful experience. I hired attorney Meyer for my father's CDL Disqualification Hearing and he received a negative finding. He is able to keep his CDL! His assistant Delilah was great to work with throughout the process. She was so helpful in explaining each step and so prompt to email and call back.We are very happy with the firm.

We had an awful experience with Dallas County over a dog biting incident. I broke up a fight between my 2 dogs and got bit in the process. When I went to get stitches, the hospital had to report the incident which resulted in Dallas County investigating. They demanded that they must quarantine my dog even though he was current on all vax. We tried to fight this and ended up with numerous tix and had to quarantine my dog. Meyer Friedman agreed to speak with the bite desk for me and represented me in court. This resulted in my tix being dismissed and I really appreciate the guidance and help with this crazy situation! Highly recommend this firm.
