I had an experience where I drove after taking an ambien. I had just had major surgery and had been in the hospital, and my doctor gave me the medication to help get my sleep regulated again. I started sleep walking the first night, and the second night I walked out of my house and drove down the street. I had no alcohol or other drugs in my system, but I realized early on that wasn’t going to matter much. Gioffredi navigated my somewhat unusual case expertly. I honestly believe I would have a criminal record if it wasn’t for him. Scratch that...I KNOW I would. His office staff is also great. I wouldn’t say Gioffredi is a “hand holding” type, but he ALWAYS did an excellent job and was empathetic to my experience. I honestly can’t say enough about how good he is. He was suggested to me by a friend who’s case he also got dismissed, and we always talk about how much we genuinely like and respect him.

If you are looking for the DUI/DWI lawyer that will fight for you then John Gioffredi is the man to hire. Throughout the entire 18 month process of my case John and his team were there for questions and any concerns that I had. Keeping up with all hearings and motions to get all the evidence. I had interviewed 4 lawyers before hiring Mr. Gioffredi and I knew he was the right choice because I was told by others I would end up with nothing less than a Wet and Wreckless if not the DWI. After reading reviews of him always being honest and willing to take cases others wouldn’t I knew he was the one. He was able to get my case DISMISSED and keep my record clean. Trish kept saying to be patient and she was right, and Courtney will always keep you updated on your dates and if you are required to be there. John will find ways that others can’t to get you the best outcome. I can’t thank Mr. Gioffredi enough for his time and willingness to take my case, and winning this battle for me.
