Not a good experience at all.

They were on top of their stuff. When you called to check on things, they were friendly and always welcoming to help.

Carol Barrera at the Dallas, TX office has made this process so stress-fee and seamless she is always kind and helpful and responds to my calls within minutes. I really appreciate the Adler Dallas team for your help!

Update: Esmeralda Gavilanes is great. The customer service is amazing she keeps me updated and involved. My case is close and i am so thankful i got back more than i dreamed it would be

At first my case was slow and the person handling it didn't handle it quite well which caused me a lot of problems. Jessica Lara was assigned my case, she wouldn't answer my phone call nor email me when I had questions, as a result my car wasn't fixed for 2 months and I couldn't work without car. Later on when I asked about my unpaid compensation, she told me it was too late. She called my personal insurance as it had to be dealt with uber insurance. She was very unprofessional. When it got to closing it was a very smooth process and I would like to thank Carol Barrera for the smooth and professional closing on my case. I would give 1 star but because of Carol's professional handling of my case, I had to give 2 stars.
